Private yoga can be especially beneficial if you're experiencing discomfort in areas like the back, shoulders, hips, or knees. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your specific needs, goals, and preferences. I’ll create a short, simple home practice plan to help you continue your progress in your own time—ideal for supporting recovery, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
You don’t need to be an experienced yogi to benefit. These sessions are open to complete beginners and more seasoned practitioners alike. Depending on your focus, we might explore postural alignment, gentle movement flow, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, or deep relaxation—all aimed at easing tension, restoring balance, and energising both body and mind.
Private sessions are available in my home studio in Tonbridge or online via video call, offering you the comfort and convenience to suit your lifestyle.

About me.
Candice Machtus Yoga & Qigong Teacher
I'm a graduate of the Triyoga Daoist Flow Teacher Training programme led by Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo Deemer.
My teaching style is influenced by Vinyasa and Qigong. I'm passionate about embodiment, alignment and connection with the breath. I will always be a student of yoga, furthering my knowledge on somatics yoga and different meditation techniques.
I believe yoga can help everyone to better regulate the nervous system and enhance wellbeing.
