Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Yes, participants bring their own mats but if it is your first class and you don’t have one, you can borrow one of mine, just let me know in advance.
I’ve never practised yoga before—can I still join?
Absolutely! All the classes are suitable for beginners, and Candice offers gentle guidance and modifications to support you wherever you are in your yoga journey.
Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?
Yes, you're very welcome to join, but please let Candice know before the class. She can offer modifications to keep you comfortable and safe. It's always best to consult your healthcare provider first.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers can be helpful, as your body temperature may change during class.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
Yes, please book ahead to secure your space, as class sizes are limited. You can easily book online through the website.
